We are looking for "IT Officer" for our factory located in Karachi Export Processing Zone, Landhi, Karachi.
The following are the requirements for this position:
1. To Ensure proper operations, maintenance and troubleshooting of all IT Hardware & Software.
2. To attend IT issues requests for technical assistance to end users.
3. To install software and drivers.
4. To monitor CCTV Camera Surveillance and NVR Server Management.
5. To maintain & monitor Network HW’s for increasing the efficiency of systems.
6. To follow-up IT SW Licenses, SLA & AMC, and update vendor’s records.
7. To check physical ACL, Logical ACL & Server Room visitor log.
8. To maintain Servers Capacity Indicators and update physical files.
9. To change the Backups Tapes for File Server, Application Servers, and WINGS Server.
10. To maintain & follow-up IT Assets Management, device errors, periodical tests, preventive maintenance and WPS to assure proper function of all IT Systems.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in IT with IT Certification from a HEC recognized university/institute.
Experience:
2 to 3 year in relevant area.
