RFC is a vertically integrated construction company that is best known for delivering turn key special projects in the Pakistan. The company owns the majority of its supply chain and utilizes mostly in-house resources, giving it a high degree of control over project quality and timely delivery.
The ideal candidate will be involved with preparing financial reports and statements, bank reconciliations, and conducting cyclical audits. Moreover, the candidate must have strong interpersonal skills and possess a strong business acumen.
- Handle all accounting transactions
- Reconcile accounting records, which include but not limited to supplier billed orders and invoices, incoming funds records, financing company records and bank accounts
- Prepare payroll and process payouts
- Prepare documents needed for tax reports
- Audit financial transactions and documents
- Identify and address discrepancies
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Create ad-hoc reports for various business needs
- Prepare tax documents
- Compile and analyze financial statements
- Manage budgeting and forecasting
Qualifications
- University Degree in Accounting or any related field
- Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures
- Hands-on experience with accounting software
- Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables
- Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
