Our company is a Taxation and accounting firm, and therefore we expect the candidate to be well aware of accounting and tax rules of the country.
- Handle and coordinate active calendars
- Schedule and confirm meetings
- Ensure file organization based on office protocol
- Provide ad hoc support around office as needed
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Fluent in English
- Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Must speak Arabic
- Able to join immediately.
- Must have experience in Accounting or Relevant background.
