*JOB OPPORTUNITY – Receptionist/Front Desk Officer*
Position: Receptionist/Front Desk Officer
Gender: Female
Salary: Rs. 40,000 to Rs. 55,000
Working days: Monday to Friday
Location: Gulberg, Lahore
*Key Accountabilities:*
• Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
• Receive daily mail and ensure delivery to relevant officials.
• Ensure that reception area is properly cleaned and maintain cleanliness.
• Ensure that no visitor/guest moves directly to the room of any official.
• Liaise with necessary staff including housekeeping and maintenance to address any problems or complaints made by guests
*Key Requirements & Competencies:*
• Graduate or above
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in corporate office(s)/Hotel Industry
• Have good command on MS Office
• Good listening, customer focus and informing skills
• Well-groomed personality
