*Sr. HR Executive – Operations*
Job Responsibilities & Skills:
●Prepare Final Settlements of all outgoing staff as per company policy.
●Manage leaves and attendance of staff as per company policy, handling day-to-day queries regarding leaves and attendance of staff.
●Assistance in Payroll Process.
●Process of disciplinary actions.
●Administration of benefits program like Health Insurance, Group Life Insurance and Provident Fund.
●Employee files documentation and controlling.
●Having good oral & written communication skills.
●Proficient in MS-Office.
Qualification: MHRM/BBA/MBA (Major in HR)
Experience: 3 – 4 years
Salary: 45k -50k
